The way you showed up really influenced how we related to each other. It felt natural to engage, contribute, and trust the process because of the way you held the space.

Just a note on the training with Robyn from today. It was wonderful! So engaging, helpful & energizing!!! Thoroughly enjoyed it. And I taught for a decade, but still walked away with new ideas, but also a zest to get back into the classroom!!

$43M project being built over a landfill.  I have over 18 design and engineering contracts including three environmental consultants plus the construction contract to manage.  She did a lot in a small amount of time to help get everyone pointed in the same direction!

Yesterday was a first for me. 39 years in this business and never had a team building meeting like that before. What a novel and brilliant idea! 

ROBYN IS THE BEST. Her energy is unmatched and the way she interacted with everyone felt like she was a longtime friend which made genuine discussion easy. The fact that she was not “internal" made me trust that her input wouldn’t have an ulterior motive or be based on company ideals, but our own.

Provided very honest feedback to young girls about how to be taken seriously. Many people would hesitate to do so, but I really appreciated it!

I am so grateful I chose this session to have had the chance to meet and have a 1:1 coaching session with Robyn. She is arguably the best active listener I’ve met, and I felt very heard when talking to her. She gave me great, actionable advice that I plan to incorporate. She made me very comfortable to be vulnerable both in our coaching sessions and breakouts.
