Every client situation is different. A municipality facing a regulatory deadline doesn't need the same engagement structure as a tech company planning Q3 or a nonprofit between Executive Directors. We scope each engagement to the actual problem — and we draw on a trusted network of subject matter experts when the work calls for capability beyond ours. Most engagements take one of three shapes:

Project-Based Engagements — defined scope, defined timeline. A legislative session, a strategic planning cycle, a coalition build, a board retreat, a campaign launch.

Fractional or Interim Leadership — embedded for a stretch of time as a Chief of Staff, Interim Executive Director, or strategic operator. Typically 3–12 months, part-time, with clear deliverables.

Advisory Retainers — ongoing counsel for leaders navigating sustained complexity. Monthly or quarterly cadence, on-call between sessions. Let's start with a conversation. We'll figure out together whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll tell you who is.
